1. Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to OnisAI features. No payment is required during the trial period. You will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe.
2. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the My Account page or through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.
4. Refunds
Because we offer a free trial period, payments already processed are generally non-refundable. However, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have been charged in error or have a valid reason for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your account email and a description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.
6. Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are happy to resolve any issues directly and promptly.
