OnisAI ("the Service") is a trip-tracking platform that captures driving data via an iOS Shortcut, processes it, and presents analytics through a web dashboard. The Service is operated by OnisAI ("we", "us").
2. Account Registration
To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Each account is personal and should not be shared.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — tracking your own driving trips. You must not:
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading data intentionally
4. Data & Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing described therein.
5. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for downtime or data loss.
6. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the My Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in trip data.

OnisAI is an independent analytics tool that helps users organize and review information from their own device screenshots. OnisAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any ride-hailing platform or third-party service. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
OnisAI does not access, modify, or interact with any third-party application, API, or server. All data is provided voluntarily by the user.
9. User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms and policies of any third-party platforms you interact with, including ride-hailing applications. OnisAI does not control, automate, or interfere with any third-party application on your device.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
